This is actually my second post, a more updated version from before. So here's my current profile:
GPA: 4.1
SAT: 2020, 1970 (CR better on this one though..)
ECs: Model United Nations (2 years), Drama (2 years), Volleyball (starting setter, 3 years), self-led musical band (3 years), work experience as a waitor and tutoring in the summer

Considering I have a decent personal statement, what are my chances?

PS. I'm not a California resident.

You are a slam dunk to get in, with the stats you cite. Other than being a non-Californian, you couldn't have a better setup.

Your statistics are right in the middle of those who are accepted -- so you certainly meet the qualifications to go there. Your chances would be better if you were a California resident. I think you are right to realize that you need a decent personal statement. I think that will be the determining factor.

I think it is more likely than not that you will get in. If you do not -- you will certainly get into some good school.
