Sounds like he needs a good smack in the mouth. Bust his sorry ***! make this looser choose. His wife or some bimbo he dated years ago, Remind him of how much he loves you and why he married you! perhaps he's afraid of loosing his "free" life now that your pregnant? all of a sudden your no longer available to go dancing or have drinking competitions with him so he's trying to fill the void while he can? Sounds like he needs to get his priorities right. This WILL affect the rest of your life, Are you listening? Good, because this part is important. DEMAND he cut off all contact with this other woman, This is NOT NEGOTIABLE. NO COMPRIMISES. and if you really want to keep him, you won't take no for an answer. Also, if possible for additional support try to get his family involved. If anyone can help you straighten out his errant behaviour it's his mum- If she's anything like most parents she'll probably be shocked, especially since your pregnant with her grandchild! he may not listen to you, but he will listen to her!
Plan 2# -Grab his nuts, squeeze and TWIST! (repeat as desired)

You have every right to be suspicious and you would be justified in hiring a detective. They are expensive. He shouldn't be out until 1:00 AM with you 8 months pregnant even if there is no hanky panky going on.

Save the money on the detective and spend it on something nice for yourself, like a divorce attorney. Tell hubby the deal is off. He is either married or he isn't. His behavior is out of line. You know he is cheating now, so what help is the detective? What do you plan to do with your life? It is up to you whether you plan to live like this or not. Make a decision.

Doesn't sound like you need a detective. Sorry. You can hire one to get the physical proof that at 8 months preggie you obviously could not get yourself. And yes, it is accepted by divorce courts if you have physical and/or pictoral proof of adultry. You can always get a good, trusted friend to tail him or a family member.

you don't need a detective... he's cheating, even if he didn't have sex, he should NOT go out w/ his ex... he "may" smell of her perfume because she was hanging on him... but, again, even if no sex, this is still cheating...!!! he's a loser and has no idea what having a wife and kid means... I would leave him... if he went out w/ these people ever again... tell him to stop, or it's over... I would not put up w/ it... good luck! you deserve a man, not a college acting boy...

Why would you want to spend the money on a detective when it sounds obvious what's happening? Do you want pictures? I mean, this isn't rocket science....if you know your spouse well and can see the signs pointing to cheating, then that's probably an acurate guess.
I would talk to him and find out what he wants to do. I'm sorry you're having to deal with this along with pregnancy. You'll get through it....stay focused on you and the baby. Good luck.

I guess it matters if your state would consider adultery in a divorce situation. If it doesn't matter to the court, I wouldn't waste my $$ on a dective, just get a good attorney. Just because you don't witness something doesn't mean it didn't happen. Good luck and try to be peaceful in your mind and body for the baby's sake. Good luck, my heart goes out to you.
