Does a house with gold door knob indicate long term lease signed for that house or something?

usually when someone moves out,and the locks get changed they replace them with whatevers the cheapest.usually the brass colored is cheapest

Landlords are NOT concerned with decorating ideas.

It never occurs to them that the door handles on each unit don't match.

They are in the business to make money.

So whatever door knob that's on sale that week is the door knob they choose to install when a tenant moves out.

Many landlords will rotate door knobs when people move out.

This removes the expense of paying a locksmith to change the key everytime one of their units goes vacant.

Colors indicate nothing about the house or lease... Usually it's a decorator choice.
