Mind causes tiredness.
Simply watch a child which plays throughout a day without any interventions. It will not feel tired or frustrated.
But, watch a child in a school who is being forced to do a work in which he / she is not interested. The child would have become very sad and tired.
Here attitude is the only thing which brings tiredness, frustration, stress, delighment so on and so forth.
But the question you have asked is about an natural action.
When the body locomotes the other related parts like hand sways or moves according to the movement of the body so as to adjust to the movement of the body. So it is purely a natural action where the mind is no way invloved.
When the mind is not involved there is no question of tiredness, frustration etc.,

The swaying of arms is a part or rhythmic movement of the body, like neck movement and is not subjected to much exercise.Try carrying a load in hands and the scenario changes.

It's part of the normal reflex of our bodies when we are in motion, which is very much the same when we are running. It's also to promote a sense of balance when we walk, that's why we don't get tired of it. It's the same when we blink our eyes very often. You don't get tired of that, do you? These are just part of our bodily mannerisms and considered usual or normal for our brains, therefore tiredness is never a part of the equation. When we feel tired of walking, our feet aches and not our arms right? logical don't you think?

Energy and Momentum. We sway but not a huge sway.. And our body produces momentum.. We sway our arms for balance and its kinda like when the doctor hits your knee cap and your leg swings into the air. You didnt do it but your brain did it. So here you are walking along the street and when one leg goes in front of the other our mind reacts and "pulls a trigger" and our arm sways the momentum keeps it doing it.We arent using our energy..ok I confused myself now.Maybe you will understand

Our arms sway according to our body's movement. That's the reason why we never get tired. I think we would get tired if we triedd to stop our arms from swaying...

Because we're not using our own muscles and energy to sway our arms, but rather they sway because of the gravitational pull that continuously shifts & changes with each step.

how come we never get tired of putting one foot in front of the other?
swinging your arms is part of walking.... it keeps you balanced while you moved forward. Some just need more balance than others, so they swing more.
If your arms were tied to your body, and you were asked to walk, you could topple over if you weren't paying attention. you'd have to move your hips to make up for it.

cuz it works in the balancing of the body while walking, so technically our muscles are more at ease while swaying our arms, otherwise we would stress on some muscles and maybe cause discomfort; thats why we sub-consciously keep our arms moving...!

For the same reason, we don't get tired of walking. Your body is built to do this.
