for eg: mrs.Benazir Bhutto knew that she would be definitely attacked but she still failed to inform her followers about the threat?if she had the followers would have had the choice to come or not to come to the rally.around 157 people died and scores were mutilated, badly injured.maybe if you are sitting behind bullet proof jacket and surrounded by an army for your protection you forget about those who are not and can relax.

What a great idea. Let's blame the victim of an attack for the actions of the criminals and terrorists.

If I drive my car to the store that happens to be near a bar, and a drunk driver wrecks me, I should be blamed for being in a position where I "knew" drunks might be driving, right?

I'm sure Mrs. Bhutto did not "invite" her supporters to show up around her car as she tried to go home. I'm sure that she would have preferred to get into a safe environment as fast as possible, and that the crowds following her just made that harder. I know that she has a right to live in and be a part of Pakistan, and she has a right to protection from terrorism, just like anyone else.

I'm sorry that you feel a need to blame the victim.

There is no separate rule or law for leaders. Rule is a rule even for a fool. 100% he/she should be tried for whatever offence created or committed.

the issue is finding an unbiased court of justice in which to prosecute these leaders. as long as they are in charge, you will have governmental pressure wherever this occurs, and that will make it hard to prosecute leaders.
