If you like, but simply enchanting a leatherworker to put a chinstrap on your hat might work better - traffic cones are heavier than they look! :)

You could try, but I don't think your head is big enough. I tried it and they're a really bad fit. Got stock on my beaky nose. Colours are good though and it's a lot safer when you're flying at night.

Get a good one though, not some chinese c#@p.

No, you should have a spare fold-out pointy hat, it doesn't match the broom but will get you home.
