Is there more advantages or disadvantages and what do u think about it

I think that if we legalize the organ market, the advantage would be that there would be a lot less organs being sold on the black market. On the other hand, the disadvantage could be that piano sales might go down.

With shortages today, what would be the problem with using money to entice someone to sell their organs?
