India needs to create enough work for the eudicated to work there and not rely on overseas based jobs.
This may sound odd, but economies are best off, when a local business, pays local workers, to do a service, or make products sold locally.
A business owner in india, who hires indian workers, but sells service or prouct OUT of india, only benefits partially compared to if his main consumer was local.
Good business, employing, and providing product and service locally empowers MORE than just him and the workers.
That would also help defeat corruption because the $ would be spread to more than just the business owner.
* A more major issue I see for india is infastructure and traffic based. Roads, mass transit, and communications are major hurdles facing india in the NEAR future. And India will best befit if they create companies to tackle those problems and not only BENEFIT from those creations physically, but financally. Keep foreign companies out of it as much as possible.
America would be better off if it did the same thing, ANY country would be better off!

The best way to eradicated above mention problems is
1.Self Employment:
This is the only way to eradicate the poverty
2.Self-awarnes:
This is the only way to avoid corruption.
When people maintain those things India will be a great country in economy Jai Hind.

people's mindset.that wanting,giving bribe is right and they can get away with it.
as to poverty.i think it stems from illiteracy and corruption.india has such huge resources that it can easily eradicate poverty frm it's land.do u know that every year billions of rupees wrth of grains go in the black market through the pds system!!

Lack of Capitalism causes poverty.
I would end all social programs and protect individual rights and property.
