I would like to say The Rock, but there's something that I realized about Cena after reading a certain article.
First, here are a few similarities
-They both have limited movesets
-They both have godly comebacks
-They were main-eventers that were willing to take jobs
But I choose Cena because (yes I realize that wrestling is booked)he's giving the World Title a big up in terms of prestige. He's shown that he is worthy of that championship(still know that wrestling is booked), and is helping the next champion big time (my guess being MVP or Mr. Kennedy) because that person is going to be able to do what many have not. But instead of being the one remembered as the unstoppable force, he's going to be remembered as a "transitional champion". The Rock was booked to be "The Man". Cena was meant to be something like Bruno Sammartino (please correct the spelling if wrong).
I'm Sure that Cena realizes this fact, and I respect him for that.

The Rock, he was more genuine in his promos and you believed everything he said.
Cena delivers promos that are more plastic than a Visa Card.
Cenas matches are so heavily booked they make Figure Skating look adlib.
And to the schmuck who pointed out that Wrestling is fixed, what are we four years old. When we talk about Wrestling we talk about showmanship and toughness in taking the bumps and falls that come along with Wrestling. Thats what we are comparing when we compare Cena and Rock.

100% The Rock by a mile, John Cena can't wrestle for nuts, five move wrestlers can't wrestle, but then again, 90 % of all the wwe's wrestling isn't even wrestling.

The Rock. He can wrestle, has great mic skills, and even if he's a heel, he was cheered unlike Cena who is booed even if he's face!
