if u can actually feel a knot that wd be sth u need to get the doc to look at coz a baby in the womb NEVER feels like a knot. by the time the foetus is big enough for u to feel at abt 6 mths it has to be much bigger than a knot. and it never bumps around!

No its defo not the baby. The baby can be felt moving between the 16-19 week gestation.

No its too early to feel the baby. I'm not sure what you are feeling but it is defenately not the baby. It could be your uterus just growing and you are feeling the muscles expanding.
at 4 weeks pregnant its only the size of an apple seed!

you are first time pregnant maybe you don't know how is baby growing in your stomach right.i felt same like you do for first time aim pregnant.if you want to know you can feel the heart beat your baby when you breathe.your heart beat can run very fast than normal....that your baby....

Maybe...but it'd be very unusual to feel the baby already! It's very small! Maybe you feel your uterus as it grows?
