Yes.
I think we all feel like that at times whether we suffer from depression or not.
The trick is to carry on fighting in the face of adversity and never let it defeat us.

When I used to gamble, I did. My life was in turmoil, both financial, marital and emotional. My advise to anyone who can't stop buying lottery tickets, or playing numbers at the local mini mart, just remember.....the BIG WIN WON'T happen to you. Just seriously check out the odds. Sure, they say "A dollar and a dream"....but it's not just $1 after the disease takes hold.
I'm not saying an occasional play now & then if that's all you care to do, I'm talking about compulsive, obsessive gambling. When I finally got to the end of my resources to continue buying tickets and thousands in debt, that was a wake up call to get help to save not only myself, but my marriage as well. Gambler's Annonomous saved my life to return to what it should have been years ago. Now I don't feel like a loser, I feel like a better person "One Day At a Time".

thats an excuse LOSERS use. you realize that if you belive this you will continue draw negative energy and your unconcious thoughts will make decisions that will cause more defeats..you need to move forward and not get caught in a trap.. I guarantee you there is someone out there that has it alot rougher than you. ever hear the old saying.. "I wept because I had no shoes, until I met a man with no feet" ?
so quit playing victim and give yourself a chance

There have been many times I have and do feel that way. But then I look at the good things in my life, everything I've been blessed with, think of all those that have less and spend their lives suffering and it makes me appreciate life and I don't care as much about whatever it is that I feel I am loosing in.

Hi Star Baby, I think I was born under a black moon. I am Irish and I have had nothing but bad luck as far as I can remember. So yes I think I was.

Sometimes, but then i look at my self in the mirror and say 'I'm not going to quit, people can kick me down as much as they like because i'm bigger then that' my advice is just dust your self of get back up and try again, no body is born to loose and we all deserve a good chance at life. good luck :D

Haha! yes! But then I look at my beautiful family and realize that I have truly been blessed. I have a family, a home, food to fill our bellies and lots of love. That is a lot more than a lot of other people will ever have.
