For the nazis, absolutely. That is what adolf wanted. The world would have been one single concentration camp, divided in two groups: the exterminated and the guardians

Israel is not the cause of the Middle East Crisis. or September 11th. The Jews would be a persecuted race world wide and maybe they would be resorting to terrorism by now.
Both the Nazis and the Italian Fascists considered themselves christian and went to great lengths to obtain and retain papal approval/legitimacy. This would mean that Catholicism/Christianity would be the major religion still in the western world and the fanatical branch of the Muslim faith would still regard them as a threat. Hence, terrorism may still be happening.
The 2 language theory would only apply to the first world countries and not the third world or the middle east. Hence world travel would be much the same.
Russia being defeated would have meant a myriad of smaller countries all trying to regain freedom from the oppression of Nazi rule, many more smaller wars, but still continuous war.
The countries that would have gained independence from Britain would now have been under German or Italian rule, and then would have had to fight for freedom.
The world would probably be much the same, with a dictator instead of numerous elected governments.

Before coming to the topic, I would like to point out that it is not easy to predict how history would have rolled out by altering just one factor, even a major one i.e. german victory in Europe, because you don't know what would be the consequences of that.
More specifically:
1.Although it is difficult to imagine it, let's say that Russia was defeated. A Cold War could still begin between USA and Germany.
2. It is difficult to say that Israel wouldn't have existed. Germans killed many Jews in Europe, but there were many in the US as well and of course in the Middle-East. As for the terrorists and the September 11th. it's the US policies and secret services who created them, not Israel (at least not as much). Remember that Osama bin Laden and his network was financed an supported by CIA to fight the Soviets in Afghanistan in the 80's.
3.The Britsh colonies would have been possibly liberated as you say or... submit to Germany and simply shift from one occupation to another.
4.I cannot quite understand how world travel would have been easier with two international languages instead of one (English) that we have today. It would certainly be easier for Germans and Austrians, but what about the rest of us? And of course we shouldn't underestimate China and India; they have a population of 1 billion each (China 1.5 I think) and in the future they will claim some kind of recognition for their languages.
Last thoughts:
-The German-occupied countries during the war, resisted and the several partisan forces inflicted heavy losses to the Germans. Even if the war in Europe was finally won by the Wehrmacht, it would be a short term victory as the guerilla war would still go on.
-I'm not mentioning the Italians at all, cause -according to my opinion- they would have very little gains out of this war.
So, to answer your question, I think that the world wouldn't have been any better, if not worse than today.
PS: Do not be fooled, by my nick, I'm not a German.

No Cold War - - - hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm ..... what do they smoke inject or inhale or ingest in your neighborhood...... O-K, let us presume that despite Hitler being an Idiot that somehow the German Army blundered its way to mastery of Europe.......
At best Germany would have 'controlled' Russia to the Urals. While 'squatting' over Europe, Germany would have controlled regions from the border with Spain which would have remained as an Ally, and Itally, likewise, and Turkey, ditto...
Maybe, for the sake of argument we will say that Britain was defeated. Exiled Brits would have remained in control of Canada and Australlia and no way would Japan been able to conquer either of them........ And considering how badly Japan blundered, even with a victorious German ally, the Empire of Japan would have eventually been beaten and Singapore and Hong Kong reclaimed..
With a mass of 'Stateless' Jews, the push for a Jewish Homeland would have prompted America - - - not defeated just seated outside the areana - - - America would have backed trhe Creation of Israel as a single finger gesture to Hitler and no Hitler couldnot have pushed for a Mideast War to stop it....
As for a 'Cold War.' Instead of America facing down Russia it would have been America facing down Germany. But here is the Rub, for all of their supposed homicidal tendencies, the Soviet Russians never resorted to Nuclear Warfare.
Your 'beloved' Fuhrer and his Nazis would have had no such fear. The result. Nuclear Holocaust throughout the 1950's and a dead planet by 1970.
Sieg Heil !!!!
Peace................. //// --------o . . o --------- \\\
PS // Spanish & Itallian and many other languages would still be around..... If anyone survived the aforementioned nuclear holocaust...

... and the Nazis would have continued their extermination of "inferior" races: Jews, Slavs, Blacks, etc.
Arabs were also considered inferior; Islamic terrorists would still fight against Europeans. Don't know where they would strike; Berlin, Paris, London ... but they would still cause huge loss of life.
Germany would have taken over the British colonies ... they would not become independent, they'd just be under German rule instead of British rule.
People would not abandon their own native language just because someone said so. And why would English still be an international language?
The world would be much worse off overall.

My dear Friend!
The WWII (1939-1945) was fought by Axis Powers (IGermany. Italy and Japan) against Allied Powers (Brittain, France,Russia, USA and China),
If the former had won North, America, N.Europe, would have been under Germany.SEurope.S. America and entire Africa would have been annexed by fascist Mussolini.Asia, Pacific Ocean countries, Australia and New zealand would hve been under Jjapan!
On this basi let the horse of your imagination gallop.

now for the positive side to it...
potentially yes. the world currently has an unstoppable growth and a incredibly large population, so with extermination the population would have been cut into about 1/5. someone actually has to say the positivity to it since no-one has actually address this factor.
however Hitler was notorious for in inability to govern a country (empire) efficiently. and he had very little idea about economics.
someone needs to put a spin on these comments :)

If you really think your points are worthy of discussion then get hold of a film called Come and See by the Russian director Elem Klimov. It might give you some idea of the brutality of the nazi regime you would like to see in place to run your life.
