anything verbal isnt binding, thats why guarentees need written concent.
many need verbal as well as written....
but verbal alone is like..
someone verbally telling you, that he will give you a million dollars...
next day he can say I change my mind.....
you get nothing, and there isnt anything you can do

at the start, verbal contracts are not written on paper...and that i think they are incredibly worth lots extra. A written settlement can only be torn up and/or thrown away...a verbal one is a promise between 2 human beings consistent with believe...believe is amazingly useful.
