Most email systems have something called a 'spam filter'.
Usually you have to 'enable' this... for example, in Yahoo Mial, click on Options and Spam Protection ..
This will send most junk mail into a chosen 'trash' folder (in Yahoo mail, Bulk) ..
Every so often you should cast an eye over the junk mail 'just in case' (don't open anything you don't expect) & then use 'delete all' ..

You can't.....You can "block" or blacklist the spamers sender address....but they would use other addresses anyway (easy to do)....Just make sure you spam filter is working properly.
