Practically, anything you ask could potentially be a violation when some idiot doesn't like it and decided that just because he/she doesn't like it, he/she reports it.
There are some users abusing the automated abuse report system.

Anymore everything is a violation, depending on who's on. I think if it has to do with P&S you should be okay....go ahead and ask it, violations aren't all that bad when you only get one or two.Upsetting and irritating but they don't hurt your account that much.
