NO ---here is the science to back that up:

The proportion of X (female) and Y (male) bearing sperm in semen are equal although there are slightly more male babies born over females (read above article).
However, there may be environmental influences that influence sperms' Y:X ratio but the results do not provide circumstantial evidence about the proportion of male births.:

When trying to conceive, the timing of intercourse with respect to where the woman is at in her menstrual cycle is thought to be influential to the boy:girl outcome. Also, it is thought that the diet of the woman could influence cervical conditions which may play a role in determining whether the successful sperm will be male or female.
Here is an interesting article to read about a slower conception leading to more boys:

You will only get what God intends you to have :)
Hope this helps.
Best wishes.

Well let me tell you I started to think that maybe was the case see my X and I have 3 boys and he has another boy with his current girl and she is pregnant again due in December and well what do you know it is a girl and I just had baby #4 a girl also but different daddy anyways he (my X) only has one testicle that is real the other well he had a really bad story to tell about that many years ago so we all started thinking that he could only have boys until just the other day it is for sure a girl so I will now say they all have both they just may not be as healthy as they could be.
