Any suggestions? Is Sims 2 pets any good? I love these kind of games but I can't find any good ones latley...

If you're into the Sims type genre, try "The Movies". Its all "Sim-ish" and the object is to build a movie studio, create directors, stars, actors, actresses, maintenance people and entourages. You can actually make movies, add sound, add voice-overs and the object is to keep earning money for the studio with films, keep your stars happy, run them through rehab and the like.
A lot of mutli-tasking but it may be right up your alley.
