I noticed this whilst trying to clean the filter on my dishwasher. Could I have knocked something by mistake that's messed up the water?

EDIT: Bills are on direct debit and have been paid. Currently trying to get landlady on the phone to ask if she knows anything and going to try water company after that. Usually we get a note through the door if there's a problem that effects the entire building (like a burst water main/water been turned off for whole building) and I haven't heard anything yet which is why I was wondering if it was something I did - water was fine earlier this morning. Thanks for answers so far.

EDIT: Just been told that there's a burst water main and the water's been switched off. Thanks for the help though!!

Theres a number of things that could have happened,
Busted pipes,
Fault water pump/heater
Clogged lines
Landlord intervention (he shut it off)
power switch to pump/heater not on.
run though the paces you will find your answer there not here :)
