Should i come out?

I am bi and out to a selective group of friends? Should i come out completely . I am just worried about the "popular" group because i all ready get crap of them. and stuff at my school travels fast. its just kinda annoying havening to be careful . cause i was talking to a girl today and she was like hes hot and i wanted to say Yeah he is. what should do. it would also be handy if you could tell what happen to you guys.

A persons sex life is like their financial life. As no one needs to know how much you make or how much you have saved, no one needs to know whom you have sex with.

Really, why do you believe others are interested? Do you want your friends to be interested in you, or interested in your sex life?

Think about the pros and cons and make up your own balance. Is there a need to tell everyone? Will it make your life easier? Then go for it. But beware of the consequences.
If you feel that you have to hide, and can't be yourself, that;s nasty. That might be a reason to come forwards and just be proud of yourself. But, then again, are these the people you want to come out to? As long as you are not dating someone of your own sex, is there really a need to come out? It might make your situation at school worse then it already seems to be. Be careful with that, you can place yourself in a very vulnerable position.

I never told people at school I am bisexual. There was no need for it. At my work, some people know, some don't. It's actually not of anyones business. My boyfriend knows, my friends know, the people I care for know.
I definitely don't hide it, but also do not feel the need to tell everyone. I don't see a reason.
That's got nothing to do with hiding. Like someone else pointed out, I also don't see the need of telling people what's on my bank account.

When I came out, it was mixed. Some people who I thought had my back suddenly turned all "holy" on me; and others who I never expected to stick it out have remained some of my best friends.
I guess it goes to show that when you decide to come out, there really is no way of knowing how people will react. The decision to come out itself is stressful enough without having to worry what others think, or what they'll say or do.
Good luck with your decision, and if you decide to do so, from my experience it's not an easy road but well worth it.

Ultimately you know that only you can make that decision but if you want my 2 cents I say come out and hold your head high, that popular group is not even worth the words to comment on, so do yourself a favor and ignore them and do not allow them to dictate how you live your life. Honey finding a guy hot has nothing to do with your sexual prefference, example I am a woman but if I see a hot woman, I would say she is hot, doesn't say anything about my sexuality, about coming out, I don't think you have to go around telling people what your sexual prefference is, it is your life, keep it private, keep it yours!!!

You are who you are. You should do whatever makes you comfortable. Be secure with yourself. You're the bomb. Who cares what anyone else thinks or has to say. Stick with your friends and pay no attention to anyone who would bring you down. Come out come out whereever you are......
