I'm fed up of working where i do, so im handing in my resignation.

The money is crap, we are one person down and they just expect me to do all the extra workload. They treat me like s***.

I know if i quit i will f*** them right over. I wont have a problem finding another job because ive got a good degree, and im thinking of starting my own business anyways.

I want a career and not a job i am sick of doing everyday, do you guys think i have done the right thing?!

realchurchhistorian - I believe in treating others the way i would like to be treated myself. You dont know what it is like in my workplace so how can you be so quick to judge?

I think if you dont enjoy something and it caused you stress why stick with it?

Do them a favor. Quit. Your attitude stinks, and they need to make room who understands loyalty.

It is so ironic that you talk about owning your own company. How do you think your employees would talk about you?

You reap what you sow.
