Which one? At one point there was in excess of 16 separate fires burning in 7 counties. Some are arson, some downed power lines from heavy wind, one was a construction mishap, a car sparked one fire, and some started as embers from other fires blew miles and miles due to high winds.

The first one started in Malibu Canyon on Sunday morning at about 4 AM when the high winds knocked down a power line.

It probably started in Hell and California is being Annexed as part of New Hell. God have mercy, the Devil dont.
