Ru Paul may pretend to be a woman, but he is up front in letting you know that he really is a man.
Ron Paul pretends to be a Republican, but won't admit that he truly is not a Republican.
For instance: A true Republican would stand by whoever the Republican nomiminee is. Ron Paul clearly stated he would not support the Republican candidate.
You can't have it both ways Ron Paul!

Rupaul is much more passable as a woman than Ron Paul is as a Republican.

Ron Paul does cry like a woman, so I would have to say no, there is no difference.

RuPaul has a positive attitude and listening to him/her isn't like fingernails on a chalkboard.
I'm just happy to find a USA question in the "USA only" section.

It would appear that the only difference between RuPaul and ANY republican is the willingness to be open and public about their sexuality.

Owww. Harsh. Why the hate for RuPaul. Of course, if you try to correct this insult to RuPaul by comparing Golemn (RonPaul) to anyone else, I will again say "why the hate for ___".
