i swear this game is addicting!! it combines 4 awesome games together: Pictionary - Charades - Describing the most words using the least amount of words - Describing a word without using any of the taboo words.
i swear the game is sooo much FUN!! u have to play this game, i love it !!!

Seafarers of Catan
but since Seafarers of Catan is the game expansion to Settlers of Catan (u can't play the former without the latter), by extension Settlers of Catan is included.
Settlers is neat b/c it has such a great midgame. It's not uncommon that people trailing in score are the ones who end up winning. Game dynamics change as people overtake other players in progress and the luck of the dice change
Seafarers adds extra elements to it like new maps, ship building to go out to sea, and special victory points just to name a few. It's like playing a really great PC game, only to find to find there's expansion pack for it that's just as well done as the original.
I play Settlers/Seafarers of Catan online using a freeware program called Sea3d.

I'm a big fan of Settlers of Catan (You can play tabletop, on Yahoo, Java, Xbox Live, everywhere).
Like the guy above said, every game is different and the best strategy to win is different from game to game. It's also about reading the people you're playing with, thinking about what they're going to do.

Too many to count. But I guess If I had to pick one absolute favorite, it would be Nightmare. But Heroquest, Battlemasters, Atmosfear, Axis & Allies, Stratego Legends, and Key to the Kingdom very close behind.
