and does it fade away or just put the stress to the side and what do u think about on christmas to put a smile on the face

Christmas should be a happy day, I am Jewish and it is still a happy day for me. Even if you are alone, or whatever the reason is... you have to make the best of it. Make it about you if you have knowone else, and if you have others, than make it about making someone else happy.

I try to get all my shopping done before November 15th and all my decorations up by December 1st so I can just really sit back and enjoy the month of December and what it means without being stressed out.

Can't stand the crowds, rude people, etc...

I don't worry about buying and so I have little stress. Just say no to retail. The economy will be far better off in the long run without more consumer debts.

What especially is stupid is the expectation that we need to buy expensive jems for our spouses.

Your wife will thank you for saving when your kids get older and you can pay for their college with the money you might have blown.
