I need to keep an eye on a message board and I don't have the time or patience to keep hitting the refresh button (especially because I'm not the only one monitoring the page).
Does anyone know how to make firefox refresh every few minutes?

Right-Click on the page
Hover over 'Reload Every'
Click 5 Minutes

Enjoy the page refreshing every five minutes, automatically.

To turn this off just...
Right-Click on the page
Hover over 'Reload Every'
Click Enable to uncheck it.

Good Luck!
