Cell Phone

Net10 prepaid. I really only need a cell phone if my car breaks down or I am on an assignment. I have a house phone but taking care of my patient would be difficult since there is no house phone at his house , only his mom has a cell phone. I use the cell phone for long distance too. I don't use a lot of minutes so I always "rollover" the remaining minutes, but there do have the "expiration" date when you buy minutes, you get 30 days or 60 days. Even with minutes left, I still have to buy time. But I can't beat the price. It is about $15.00 a month

My husband and I must be the last holdouts for getting a cell phone. We don't like the idea of always being a phone call away . We are starting to realize that it would be a good idea for an emergency now that we are getting older .My 13 year old grandaughter bought a Virgin razor cell phone with her Christmas money last year but it is always out of minutes anyway.

AT&T....never use it though and am thinking about giving it up! I love driving and when my phone rings, on a delightful drive, it disrupts my time! So, I am freeing myself from mine and If I find that I need one, on a trip, I will simply get one from the store which is disposable!!

Would you believe we don't have one? My daughter has really begun nagging in earnest after my solo trips to Pa. and back earlier in the month.

I might find one wrapped in Christmas paper. Hope she puts me on the family plan so it doesn't cost either of us much.
