I love 80's music

The music and clothing style was completely and utterly unique. That kind of freedom would be wonderful today.

In the 80's you didn't have to look like a bimbo or a poster boy to make it in life. Look at how far Roy Orbison got. He wasn't spunky - he made it to the top through his talents.

I'm sorry if I sound negative here, but it's (generally) a shallow and superficial world that exists now. If you aren't gifted with the looks of an Adonis, you won't get very far.

The 80's had the best music mankind will ever make!!! The 80's seemed to be more easy going and less stressful than today. Gas was cheaper, alcohol was cheaper, and sometimes dates were even cheaper!!! haha

I loved the music. (I'm actually listening 2 "Don't Get Me Wrong" by The Pretenders). +, it was the stuff of my childhood. U'no, playin' w/ Transformers, watching the Smurfs & stuff about Reagan when the parents were watching TV. As 4 the clothes, well, I was only a kid; I just wore what my Mom bought me (I know I liked collared shirts back then; now I've been wearing T-shirts my whole adult life; lol).

YES, cause that was, at least at that time, I thought, the best days of my life! Things were great! Hair Bands! Good drink specials at the clubs($5 drink all nite free! yeah baby!) And everybody wore tight pants. The guys looked great! Don't see what is suppose to be so cute about wearing your pants down waaaaaaay below your butt! Guys back in the eighties had the cutest butts! And don't forget parachute pants! And BIG HAIR!!!
The Breakfast Club & Fast Times at Ridgemont High....Need I say more!

I miss them days! But , now is good too!
