Any kind of activity where you exert a lot of energy will help. Take your dog out for a walk, or go for a run. When you take hot baths, your body heats up and gives off a lot of energy. It also relaxes you. Do a few push-ups or go into an online chat room and diss everyone in there (it never gets back to you!).
As long as you exert energy, you will feel better. But try not to sleep angry as you will wake up with that negative frame of mind and thus, make your day a bit harder than normal.

Everyone is allowed to feel insanely angry from time to time. Be sure to use your anger in a non-distructive way. Don't beat someone up. Beat a pillow or a cushion. It sounds silly but it does wonders. Allow yourself to cry. It may be the release that you really need. For the long term, pinpoint the parts of your life that is causing your anger and go through each one addressing how you can change it. Having an optimistic future that you know you can proactively change can go a long way in terms of erasing your anger. Another thing I heard is to invision the anger in front of you and use your hand to erase it. I'm not sure about this one, but I've heard it to be helpful.

Go for a run. Seriously. In the end, you feel way better, and you've accomplished something, which sort of takes the edge off.
Or, you can scream in a pillow.

I usually destroy my apartment, or go to somebody else's apartment, or a hotel room, and destroy it.
Either that, or I go out back in the alleyway, and break light bulbs against the dumpster. That works pretty good too.

just think of it this way.
whatever mean things that person may have done to you, just assume that it is the best thing that person can do at that moment and doesn't mean to harm you in any way.
hating is like burning your own house, to get rid of rats
