All the time. But in my case since I work a 3rd shift job waking up mid afternoon and not getting back to sleep especially when it is light out is even harder to do.

Yeah...like now. I woke up around 1. It's 2:10 am and I can't get back to sleep.

LOL that sucks. I dont mean to laugh, i'm just kinda drunk. I have insomnia, so 11:10 PM is early for me. i guess thats gonna suck when I have to be at work by 7:00 AM! I shouldnt suggest this but...................... In order to fall asleep at night, i have to smoke a bowl of mary juana. You should try it. Be a "midnight toker"

Yes. Trogdor came in the night once, and burned my thatched roofed cottage. I couldn't sleep after that.

usually happens to me.. what i do is drink a glass of water, if am hungry i eat a piece of chocolate first and drink water... switch on my music player and do my best to fall back asleep.. i find them helpful than just not doing something about it.. i think like "my body woke me up because it needs something"..or even wants something...
