Im a mlle 5ft9 slim build with long legs.I wanting to be a woman for halloween.How do i put A costume together i need ideas for clothes make up etc....im also going to a halloween party.Help halloween is a week away

Find a female friend of yours ... start there.. you'll need her help.
The night before halloween.. have her pluck your eyebrows.. that's is a huge thing there, that will make you look female..
Shave your face REALLY REALLY well.. and then let her put on a really thick foundation to help hide your 5 o'clock shadow.. and then have her apply your make up..
If you don't have a female friend, then ask one of your male friends that has a female friend if she can help.. but you're going to need a woman to help you do this transformation.
Next ... your hair.. if your hair.. your best bet is going to be a wig. Some second hand stores have wigs.. but that's kinda gross.. but if your hair is short.. you could gel or mouse it like the chicks in that old Robert Palmer Video back in the 80's. But I think a wig is the best way to go..
Next go to a second hand shop or consignment shop and get a sexy or alluring dress.. (by the way.. if you have chest hair, .. it's going to have to be shaved.. leg and under arm hair too.)
Do the shaving the day of Halloween..
And from there if you're 5'9.. and slim.. then any sexy woman's dress should do for you.. but you'll need stockings, and heels, and you'll need a bra to stuff.
Basically the dressing part is easy.. but you're going to have to do a lot of shaving that you're not use too, and plucking.. and the cosmetics.. fake nails.. you'll need female help with.. a wig I think will be necessary..
But otherwise you should be a smashing drag queen.
if you want .. you could even make the clothes thing easier.. by just buying a woman's costume.. a sexy witch costume for example.. and using that..
You have unlimited options.. but the shaving and plucking and thick foundation is the most important stuff !!
Also.. fake eye lashes !!
You'll look great !

Can you borrow something from your mom or a sister? If not, you could go to your local Goodwill store to pick up some inexpensive clothes.
Do you want to go as a particular woman? Like, do you want to be a cheerleader, an old woman, Paris Hilton? This will probably be more interesting than just being a woman.

If you're going to be a girl for Halloween, here's what you should buy: a pair of black panties & matching bra (a pair of fake breasts too), a pair of black sheer pantyhose or black stockings & a garter belt, a little black dress, a pair of 4" black pumps, a long blonde wig & make-up, nails, perfume & some jewelry too.
