Lately i've been in trouble a lot. I've been lying a lot 2 my mom n my friends n i really wanna stop it but i don't know how 2 cuz everytime i do it again. Any suggestions??? Plz!! Thx.

Lying is a symptom of having no self-esteem, and being afraid that you won't be accepted. Nothing could be further from the truth.
You need to realize that while the truth may be boring, you don't have to worry about having to remember it.
There is no such thing as a perfect liar... they all get busted because they cannot remember all the lies they have told.
When you are getting ready to reply to someone, before you open your yap, give it the ol' Rotary Club "4-WayTest":
Is it the TRUTH?
Is it FAIR to all concerned?
Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?
Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?

it is hard trying to stop lying to your family and friends, but is no easy answer to that question. the only thing you can do is try and think before you said a lie. some lies are good and some are bad, just make sure that the lies you are telling doesn't come back and bite you in the rear end.
