I remember hearing a few years ago a GnR song called 'Get In the Ring' where Axl cusses out specific rock critics BY NAME.

But what comes to my mind overall has to be the album 'Here, My Dear' by Marvin Gaye:

Part of the divorce settlement with his ex-wife (who also happened to be the sister of Berry Gordy, who ran the Motown label where his contract was) was that his next album all profits from his next album would go to Anna.

So Marvin proceeds to make a WHOLE album that specifically trashes his ex-wife. Which angered Berry so much that he pulled it from print about a week after it was released (you wonder if that might have been part of Marvin's plan).
