life is too short to be put on hold you just gotta let your fears go and dont expect the first person you date to be the one but dont put your life on hold its much to short and then when your older you will regret that didnt go ahead and get on with your life

Stop blaming, Stop regretting!! You are wasting your life being in limbo!! Has the ex moved on? 6 years and you are still waiting you could of been married again had some kids an been happy, somewhat at least!!Life isn't gonna stand still an wait until you are ready it keeps going no matter what so you better join in or lose alot of your life in limbo!!

This is totally up to you. If you are still in love with your ex and she has the same feelings for you then start going out romantically and see where it goes from there. Do not just jump into getting married again because she has to be an ex for a reason and those feelings are still up in the air. Try to work on those bad feelings you once had so you can stomp them into the ground and forget about them. You can also start going out trying to meet new people and see where that leads as well.

No one successful in live ever sat back and waiting for something to fall in their lap. You need to take risks to be successful. Otherwise you will never know what might have been.

Get out there and try again. Just take your time and watch for the Red Flags that are visible with things just aren't what they should be. If you see red flags, move on to someone that feels right. Sooner or later, you will find the one that you will want to be with. It just takes time.

Good Luck, I hope you find happiness soon.

It depends on your personality. If you are a family man, like the company of others, didn't have kids yet, defenaetly try again by taking baby steps. You don't have to jump into the relationship too fast too deep. You can start by really, really liking someone, faling in love, dating, moving in.This can take as long as you feel comfortable.Just because it didn't work the first time ,it doesn't mean it won't ever work.Go for it,be optimistick.
