Yuppers. Don't always give BA as I'm often not connected to computer within the time frame given or if I'm really torn but will always rate. Courtesy. The least I can do if in the position to do so. Even e-mail if it strikes my sense of humour enough.

Only to give thumbs down on obscene/stupid answers, and to choose a best answer. Sometimes I'll put thumbs up on good answers that I can't pick as best, but I don't rate all.

Now that I am finally a level 2, you bet! I think it is important to validate someones honest answers. I also get REALLY happy every time someone rates mine best. I have a sad little life don't I? LOL

I give almost everyone a thumbs up. If an answer is particulary stupid, I pass to the next . If it's just offensive I may thumbs down it, maybe!
