I use to take a silversmith jewelry class in highschool and was thinking of starting it up again. My question is, where can i find silver in rods, tubes or strips for making silver rings?

Are you still living close to the highschool? If so then I would your teacher for addresses. He/she will probably know the best sources in your area. In my case, I get my silver through the local silversmiths or my former teacher.

Since you say highschool I assume you are in the US? Here are two sites that could be useful:
http://www.silversmithing.com/
http://www.bernieslapidary.com/Metals.htm

Depends on the value of your products. If relatively cheap, then you could try and set up a stall at your local weekend markets. If more expensive, then you may need to go down the ebay route (although hard if you don't have an established name), or try and get other shops to resell your products.

Roseco in Dallas is wholesale to the trade on selling metals, so you have to have a sales tax permit from your state. You can get their catalog and see the kinds of choices at www.roseco.com.

You could try:

Hover & Strong or Rio Grande depending on your location. A local jeweler's supply might be more or less expensive depending on shipping and minimum order amounts.

Good luck!
