Usually, but not in West Philadelphia, where I was born and raised. There's always a few guys up to no good making trouble in my neighbourhood.

i guess not. philly was listed as tied with dallas for the ugliest cities in america. read it on monday. i didn't know that! must be pretty glummy and dirty with huge urban decay. and i thought it couldnt get worse than pittsburg. usually detroit wins that award. the invasion from the south must have done it for dallas. was there last year and i hardly recognized the place.
