It's not the end of the world. I don't know what I want to be, either, really. I've changed my major three times (to date) and am so far behind that I am never going to graduate. There is just no career that I have always dreamed of doing, sorry, there's not. My husband knew from the time he was 9 that he wanted to be an engineer. I knew from the time I was 9 that I wanted to be a mermaid. Okay, so what I did was I looked through all my choices, and I picked the one that sounded the most fun. And once I had picked it, I did all the university Core requirements before starting on my major requirements, so if I changed it I wouldn't be too far off-track. Don't stress about it, most people change their majors and I know a ton of people who started college without a clue as to what they wanted to do. If all else fails, start taking a couple classes from each major until you hit on one you like. But be warned that it'll take awhile and set you back for graduation!

How about a double major? Or choose the one you can work with now, and go back part time to school to complete the other major. You can educate yourself over a lifetime! Don't get crazy, pick what works best for you now and make a plan to continue on as money and time allow.

I had a tough time when I was in college. I finally decided on something and finished a degree. I think finishing with something is the most important thing.

Here is something to ponder: after 10 years in the workplace 80% of employees are doing something that is outside thier area of study.

Think about something that you like to do. That makes you happy. Don't think about how much money you will make or what your friends and family will think of you.

If you still aren't sure what you want to do then you should major in something that is general like liberal arts, business, or teaching.

You should feel blessed that you are in school, not everybody has that opportunity.
