my daughters belle dress is not really poofed out, is it suppose to be? if so how can i make it stand out more with out spending alot more money?

you can maybe buy a hoop skirt that goes under it. they're not too pricey and they're not too uncomfortable either.

You can crumple up tissue or newspaper and put a layer between the Belle skirt and another old skirt, and then stitch them together so the paper won't fall out. When halloween is over, cut the stitches and you have the skirt back!

Get a can can slip. it will make it stand out like the ones in Gone With The Wind.
Experience I owned one.....

It is gramatically impossible to make the dress more puffier.

she can wear a poofy skirt she already possesses underneath her costume...or you can purchase a cheap poofy skirt - i ALWAYS notice then in secondhand stores such as goodwill
