First of all I like to broil the bun so it can stand up to my toppings. I let the bun cool so it retains is crunch.
1. Chili, onions, and cheddar cheese.
2. Ketchup and smokey onion mustard.
3. Sauerkraut and mustard.
4. Onions and mustard.

Onions if they aren't hot or strong, relish and ketchup. I'm not a mustard person.

i like to put mustard and ketchup and mayo sometimes, not all at the same time though. i do like onions and relish with my mustard and ketchup plain
