OK, personally I would use a song called:
I Want to go to Hollywood from Grand Hotel. It's perfect for Millie. I promise if you listen to it you won't be disappointed.

If however you really want to choose from your list, in order: C, B, D, A

Dance 10 could work for Millie, B could work because she changes her look to be a 'Modern' and maybe that could be your motivation in the song, and honestly I don't think the other 2 are appropriate. I put D next because I love the song and it does show personality. The personality shown in A is quirky but not in the same way Millie is, know what I mean?

You could also consider:

Don’t Tell Mama – Cabaret
Go Into Your Dance – 42nd Street
I Want it All – Baby
That’ll Show Him - A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To The Forum
When I Get My Name in Lights – The Boy From Oz (sung by a male, but the first one is sung by a boy and is high enough for a female)

best of luck to you!
Marianne

If you can do the languages part DEF A! You can show a character and have a fun song to belt! Also age appropriate. I love this music.

you could also easily do D and have fun but I think B and C might not be as age appropriate.

I usually agree with Marianne, but I think she is confusing TMM with something else. In the musical, Millie wants to marry rich, NOT become an actress.

You don't mention your timeframe, but if you have time, I would check out Andrew Lippa's "The Wild Party," with similar sounding songs and plenty of opportunities to belt!

If you don't have time, I think that the best choice out of your songs is B. To be honest, I don't think any of them really works for TMM auditions, though.
