An emotion is a feeling or reaction you get when something happens. For instance when you fall in love on the first site that is an emotion. When you get mad that is also an emotion. When you feel depressed and sad that is also another type of emotions. Your emotions change depending on your mood and how things around you influence it. For instance you first was happy doing your homework then your mom comes and she knocks down a glass of water near you and causes your homework to be all soggy. AT that instant your mood or emotion changes to sad.
