A lot of airlines flying out of the Philippines use Food Service facilities of the local providers.

On a trip to Bangkok via Thai Airways, I saw Filipino dish on the in-flight menu. Looking back, that was not isolated. I just did not really pay attention. But yes, Filipino dish is served.

Sure. I believe must airlines serves Philippine meal. Just request taxi drivers to deliver you to any 5 star hotels from Cathay Pacific, Cebu airlines or whichever.The country is a tourist destination and palatables are special treats.

Emirates Airlines served Filipino meal from Manila to Dubai. ..but they do have a tie-in with PAL.
