Product rule +Chain Rule:
2(x^2+1)^4+2x(4((x^2+1)^3)(2x)

You can simplify from there.

f(x) = 2x(x^2 + 1)^4

f(x)' = 2x'(x^2 + 1)^4 + 2x(x^2 + 1)^4'
f(x)' = 2(x^2 + 1)^4 + 8x(2x)(x^2 + 1)^3
f(x)' = 2(x^2 + 1)^4 + (16x^2)(x^2 + 1)^3

f(x)' = (2(x^2 + 1)^3)(x^2 + 1 + 8x^2)
f(x)' = (2(x^2 + 1)^3)(9x^2 + 1)

ANS :
2(x^2 + 1)^4 + (16x^2)(x^2 + 1)^3
or
(2(x^2 + 1)^3)(9x^2 + 1)
