Not sure where he'll get his money or how serious he really is about this. However, AIDS is the world's biggest problem, it continues to grow, and it's not going to stop any time soon.
Any dollars spent on stopping the spread of this terrible pandemic is money well-spent.

Why are we sending the money to Africa, when we should be using it in towards our own country?
I mean, it was the Africans that brought their dirty Aids disease to the U.S. So therefore, we should be using our money here first.
Other countries need to learn how to help themselves instead of depending on the U.S. for everything!
Also... Africa would be able to stop Aids themselves, if they could learn how to keep their legs together!

Well, if he was running before Bush was elected, we could use some of that $400 billion that we had leftover, but it's all gone now. Same with the $300 billion that we didn't have to begin with.
