I have often been called a motivator, I disagree. I let people see the good and fun in themselves, they feel that is motivation.

I am hopeful that I do. However it is impossible to motivate as much as one would want to do, in order to be of help. Therefore I feel that any success of mine at this, is (only) what
results from my own capacity and the reaction to my efforts from another.

In certain respects. Mostly I'm motivated. I can't tell if it has an effect on those around me or not. But that detail isn't important to me.
I'd like to infer that I supply an example to those younger than myself. But again, I don't know for certian if I have an impact on them or not. It isn't up to me.
