(1)I listed 50 kinds of lizards along with their pictures.
(2)I listed 50 kinds of lizards with their pictures.
Do these two sentences sound correct?
Do they carry the same meaning?

The sentences are both correct. The meaning is almost the same with a nuance being that the first (1) indicates the 50 kinds of lizards are more significant and the pictures, less so.
(2) indicates equality of importance between the kinds and the pictures.

Yes, they sound correct, and, yes, they carry the same meaning, but both could be clarified. Did you consider,
"I have listed 50 different types of lizards and have included a picture of each." ?

One might think that in (2) the lizards listed have pictures. go with (1)/...
