If you have people who encourage you, you are lucky. They are hard to come by.

Hai do not always expect others to help you, better learn it on the own, because it will last longer and you can survive in any situation. Anything earned hard is always very enjoyable.

I think the best way to counteract this problem is to act positive, whether you feel like it or not. I'm not much of a fighter. I work in a nursing home with supportive co-workers. Encouraging others IS my job. And I think I'm lucky.

i encourage myself... people come and go, but at least you know you'll always be there.
