they have to make sure it's real...it's a bunch of red tape.

I have been at it for 3 years now with only my 3rd appeal. When FEMA came into the state for their game they actually have the SS offices tied up. I recieved a letter to call Chicago which then transferred my call to ?? Texas and they sent me a denial with a couple of doctors that aren't even in the area. It said that I had made two visits to the Indian Clinic. That would not be possible as they do not deal with Caucasians. But since they are so busy with something else it will be probably a year or so before I can even set the court date to let a judge decide. I have noticed that it seems to be much easier for those who aren't really disabled.

Because so many people fake disabilities so they dont have to work. They have screwed up the system for the truly disabled. It also does take some time to check medical records, especially if you have more than one doctor on your case.
Next month will be a year that I applied for my son. He has Perthes disease(which is a disease of the hip) He walks with a pronounced limp and can only move his leg up and down, not right or left. He has a leg length discrepancy that will need to be addresed within the year, and arthritis in his hip joint. He is 11.

I received it in 4 months, but had to wait the 6th month to collect, basically you need to fit the SS description. if not you battle it out.
for a lot of people that means collecting a welfare check for 3 or more years, and then getting substantial back cash awards...no you do not have to pay back welfare... I raised my children, began working and taking classes as soon as they started school, I actually make less than the person that collected the welfare checks. At least I don't have as much hassle. It's truly a corrupt system, at least for women.

i think your discomfort Shawn. As yet another guy or woman reported, Comrade Obama is Bush on steroids. i assumed that became humorous till i found out it became so actual. There are good Republicans accessible. Romney, Huckabee, Gingrich and an excellent variety of others who do have the applicable pastimes of the folk and not choose a valuable bigger government. Wayne Allen, the candidate in the Libertarian social gathering is suited on course additionally. do no longer lose faith in this united states or the electorate who're, and have fought for our freedoms. in this July 4th we would desire to make a committment to do something valuable for the subsequent election. we can not permit our heroes down. become in touch! ~

for me it was 3 months from the time i applied to having a check in hand..now i have known people that spent upward of 10 years trying to get on it but i think that goes to show what the person above said about people trying to fake the system if you are truly and obviously disabled then it doesn't take too long but if it seems iffy it takes longer

Government NEVER wants to start giving out money - they much rather be GETTING it, not giving it. Personally, I think they drag their heels and take their sweet time in hopes that you will give up on it or somehow get better during the time and get back to working.
