What would the effects be? Positive or negative?

net negative.

on the positive side, he'd end the war. maybe.

on the negative, he would dismantle everything our founding fathers ever intended for this country.

Generally positive in the short run, and possibly in the long run with regard to the economy. However, once terrorists take over Iraq and start having their idea of fun, I doubt things will look quite so rosy.

I would have to say it was a major malfunction in the vote counts.

This guy has the same chance of winning the presidency as I do of shagging the queen and Kate middleton in a wild 3some.
