If you're unnoticed, you move to being scrutinized which means you gain, in a way.
If you're scrutinized you may become unnoticed, in which you can not gain after being in the highlight, once.
**occasionally, you can find someone with a good come back, but they are hard to obtain.

It depends on the circumstances ,if it is about getting your names in the newspapers as a celebrity I would prefer to remain unnoticed ,if it is with friends and persons whom i trust fully i would like to be thoroughly scrutinized and rather i would tell them every fibre of truth about myself ,but if it is in any group parties or get togeathers i would prefer to remain quiet ,unnoticed wallflower sitting in my space alone ,but if you wish to scrutinze me i don't mind being scrutinzed by you as i trust you and have a sense of wellbeing and secure in telling you everything about me ...sorry about such a long answer to your short question where the reason for my behaviour in either situation is THAT I AM THIS AWKWARD PERSON THAT I AM MOST UNPREDICTABLE who only listens to a little voice in my heart to at times prefer being unnoticed and at times prefer scrutiny and everyone in my family knows my nature .....Love ,Nosh the unpredictable monkey .
